Staff Profile: Elly Doef
Elly Doef is new to Mount Carmel this year and is taking the reigns on the service component of our program--also known as Impact. Elly grew up the youngest of 5 children just west of Lacombe, Alberta, where her Mom and Dad own and operate a vegetable greenhouse.
Elly comes to Mount Carmel with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology (The King’s University College), and a Master of Christian Studies (Regent College). She has studied one semester at Jerusalem University College in Israel and has spent a year teaching English in Thailand.
